To provide you with login, map generation, work management and customer service, we may collect information you actively submit, such as WeChat account identifiers, nicknames, avatars, uploaded images, entered text, Illustrated Maps works and operation records.

II. How Information is Used

We collect information primarily for identity verification, account login, service activation, work generation, function optimization, troubleshooting, security assurance, and service notifications related to you. We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to this service.

3. Generated Content and Uploaded Materials

Reference images you upload, description text you enter, and generated Illustrated Maps on the platform will be used to support map generation, editing, export, storage and other functions. To improve product quality, we may conduct statistical analysis based on anonymized or de-identified data.

IV. Third-party SDK and Service List

To implement functions such as map display, login and payment, we have integrated the following third-party SDKs and services. The information processing activities of relevant third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies. Please be informed:

• Amap JS API (front-end): Used for map display and area selection; may collect device information, network information, and approximate location information. Privacy Policy: https://lbs.amap.com/pages/privacy/
• WeChat Open Platform SDK / WeChat JSSDK: Used for WeChat QR code login, location positioning, and content sharing.
• WeChat Pay: Used for order payment services. Information processing during payment is subject to WeChat Pay related agreements and privacy policies.
• Tianditu (server-side partner): provides basic geographic data support and does not directly collect your personal information.
• OpenStreetMap (server-side partner): provides open geographic data (ODbL license) and does not directly collect your personal information.

V. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Except as required by laws and regulations, required by regulatory authorities, or necessary for third-party cooperation scenarios to realize the service, we will not sell or arbitrarily disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties. When third-party capabilities are involved, we will do our best to require them to fulfill corresponding data protection obligations.

6. Information Storage and Protection

Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China (on Tencent Cloud servers). We will retain relevant personal information during the validity period of your account; after you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. We will adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information security, including access control, transmission protection, log auditing, and permission management. However, please understand that the internet environment is not absolutely secure, and you should also properly safeguard your personal devices and login information.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

To improve login experience, maintain session status and optimize page performance, we may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage them through your browser settings, but this may affect the normal use of some features.

8. Digital Guide H5 Visitor Instructions

Visitors accessing the Digital Guide H5 page do not need to register or log in. Visitors may voluntarily add public markers, the content of which will be publicly visible to all visitors. Please do not enter your personal information in markers. When visitors use the location function, the browser or WeChat will request location authorization. You may refuse authorization; refusal will only affect the normal use of location-related functions.
