Welcome to YunMap Illustrated Maps. The following terms explain your rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using this platform's services. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Agreement Description
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the "YunMap Illustrated Maps" website, applications, and related services. By registering, logging in, accessing, or using this product, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.
II. Service Content
YunMap Illustrated Maps provide users with functions such as guide map generation, editing, export, storage, and sharing. We will continue to optimize the experience, but some functions may be adjusted due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service reasons.
3. Paid Services
The prices, quotas, and validity periods of virtual services such as paid plans and top-up packages are subject to the announcement on the purchase page. Once activated, virtual services are deemed delivered and, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, refunds are not supported. Unused portions of plan quotas and top-up package quotas will automatically expire upon the expiration of the validity period, with no carry-over or refund; after the plan expires, related services (including the public display of Digital Guide H5 sites, etc.) will be suspended and can only be resumed after renewal. Some material resources provided by the platform are VIP paid resources (such as building sets): free users can try related materials in the editor; if the Illustrated Map still contains VIP material content, you need to activate a paid plan before exporting.
IV. Account Usage
You must log in using a WeChat account that you legally own, and properly safeguard your login status and device security. You shall be solely liable for any losses caused by your active authorization, account lending, or improper account custody.
V. User Content
You shall ensure that the text, images, map materials and other content you upload, input, generate or edit are legally sourced and truthful, and shall not infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests.
6. Generated Content
The base map of the Illustrated Maps in this product is artistically generated by the platform system based on geographic data. Some materials (architectural illustrations, asset materials, and color schemes) are generated by AI, all of which are schematic content. The platform makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of geographic information in the Illustrated Maps, which may differ from actual conditions. Before publishing, exporting, or using the maps commercially, you should conduct manual verification through methods such as the map verification function within the product. Illustrated Maps must not be used as a basis for navigation, positioning, safety evacuation, or other similar purposes. You shall bear all consequences arising from reliance on the content of the Illustrated Maps.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not use this service to engage in illegal or non-compliant activities, upload illegal content, maliciously attack the platform, interfere with system operation, abuse interfaces in batches, or use this service for purposes that infringe upon others' rights and interests.
8. Platform Disposal Right
If you violate these terms or any laws and regulations, the platform reserves the right to take measures such as deleting content, restricting functions, freezing or banning your account depending on the severity of the violation, and paid fees will not be refunded; for minor violations, the platform may issue a warning first and require rectification within a specified period.
IX. Intellectual Property
The platform's own page design, program code, brand identity and related content belong to the platform or the rights holder. Users legally retain the rights to content they upload independently, but the platform has the right to store, process and display such content for the purpose of providing services. You have the right to use the illustrated maps generated during your paid period for the guide purposes of your scenic area or venue; the platform reserves the right to reasonably use such illustrated maps for providing and improving services (including but not limited to displaying them as product cases). Lower-resolution JPG images exported from the free version are for non-commercial use only; for ongoing commercial use, printing production and high-definition needs, please subscribe to a paid plan.
10. Free Version Export and Preview Screen
The Free Version can export JPG files of lower resolution; when the Illustrated Map uses member set building resources, the JPG export file has a platform watermark, and when not used, there is no platform watermark. More formats such as PNG/SVG/PDF and HD export are paid version features. The editor canvas always displays a watermark corner mark, which contains a trace code corresponding to your account for tracing the source of the image. You must not remove, cover, crop, modify or circumvent it in any way. The images in the editor are only for your preview and editing within the platform. You must not obtain the Illustrated Map through any form of screen capture such as screenshots, screen recording, re-photography, or stitching, and use it for external publishing, printing production, commercial use or resale. For batch or continuous external use, please subscribe to a paid plan and then export HD files. If you illegally use the Free Version preview images in the above ways, the platform has the right to take disposal measures in accordance with Article 8 and require you to compensate for the losses caused thereby.
11. Service Interruption and Changes
To ensure service quality, we may carry out maintenance, updates, feature adjustments or suspend part of the services within a reasonable scope. In the event of force majeure, third-party anomalies or system security incidents, the platform shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability caused thereby.
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform will strive to ensure service stability and data security, but shall bear corresponding liability within the scope permitted by law for losses caused by network conditions, third-party platform failures, user misoperation, or force majeure.
13. Minors
Minors shall use this service and purchase paid services only with the consent and guidance of their guardians. Guardians shall properly keep payment tools and fulfill their guardianship duties.
14. Terms Updates
We may update these terms based on business development or legal and regulatory requirements. The updated terms shall take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the service shall be deemed acceptance of the updated content.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, performance, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the platform operator for litigation.
